The Wisconsin Arts Board

Logo Usage Guidelines

The new Wisconsin Arts Board logo completely replaces the old logo. As of June 1, 2008, the new logo should be used in all collateral materials and business correspondences. There is no situation where the old logo should be used in any way.

To ensure a consistent and coordinated brand identity, the Wisconsin Arts Board has created the following brand standards manual:

WAB Logo for Printed Materials

The color logo should be used whenever possible. Follow the color guidelines in the WAB Logo Standards booklet, above.

Always use the color logo when applicable. The black and white version of the logo should only be used when absolutely necessary.

  • WAB Logo - BW (to be used in single color printing or reversed out)

WAB Logo for Online Usage

Whenever possible, the WAB logo should be used in color for all online executions. Please adhere to the print color specifications and logo size and logo isolation areas identified in the WAB Logo Standards booklet, above.

Credit

In addition to using the logo, each Wisconsin Arts Board grantee must give credit for grant-supported activities in all printed, online, and broadcast promotion, publicity, advertising, and programs by including the following credit line:

“This [project/program] is supported in part by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin and the National Endowment for the Arts.”

In addition, applicants are requested to inform their State Representative, State Senator, and the Governor of the importance of the arts—especially the value of those activities for which they receive Arts Board funding—to Wisconsin’s economy and quality of life.

QUESTIONS

Any questions regarding logo and credit line use should be addressed to Renee Tertin at renee.tertin@wisconsin.gov or 608-267-2027.
