Office Operations Associate – Madison
Job Duties: The person in the position will provide administrative
assistance to the Executive Director, Board Chairman and Board members. This
person will have extensive contact with the Lt Governor’s Office, the Board and
the general public and is the information resource for the agency and assist
the Executive Director in publishing the news articles to subscribers of the
Arts News and performs other assignments as directed. This position serves as
the primary contact and information resource person for the agency.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and
organizational skills, knowledge of research practices, careful attention to
detail, the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks simultaneously are
needed. The position must have knowledge of data and word processing concepts
including Microsoft programs such as Excel, Access, Word and e-mail programs.
Effective interpersonal skills, personal initiative, and the willingness to
work as part of a team are expected.
