Carter is a dance performance artist. She creates original one-woman shows
for adults and children with themes that touch the human core. “Carter’s

She has been touring regionally and to the east coast. SEARCHING FOR
FRANCES explores the World War II home front through the eyes of her own
family. STOMP AROUND transforms recycled props into a multi-disciplinary
extravaganza. THE COMMUNITY DANCES is a grass roots endeavor designed to
ignite and unite individuals into the world of dance.
Ms. Carter has a 25 year history as a performer, educator, director and
choreographer. She can customize performances, workshops and residencies
based on presenters needs.
