Larry Penn

Larry
Penn sings and tells stories of hard work, working people, trains, trucks,
life on the road, love, nonsense and pink flamingos. Noted for their
elegance in simplicity, his songs are not only popular with audiences, but
are acclaimed by other artists, many of whom have recorded their own
renditions of Larry’s songs.
Gravely-voiced folk singer, acclaimed songwriter, mesmerizing
storyteller, railroad buff, and grandfather, Larry is also author of
several well-known and loved children’s songs. His best known and often
recorded song “I’m Little Cookie” gives children of all ages a new
attitude toward disabilities. His programs for students open new horizons,
as he celebrates life with an amazing array of well-crafted songs for
kids.
